Composition :
Ceftiofur 1 g/vial
Indication :
Cattle: Treatment of BRD (Shipping fever, pneumonia) caused by Pasteurella spp. and H.somnus. Acute Bovine Interdigital Necrobacillosis (footrot, pododermatitis) caused by F. necrophorum and B.melaninogenicus
Pig: Control and treatment of respiratory diseases
DOC: Control early mortality in chicks caused by E.coli
Dosage and Usage :
Cattle: 1-2 ml dissolved by the solvent per 50 kg of body weight (1.1 to 2.2 mg ceftiofur / kg) via IM. Repeat the treatment every 24 hours for 3-5 days.
Pigs: 0.6-1 ml per 10 kg BW (3-5 mg ceftiofur / kg body weight) via IM. Treatment should be repeated every 24 hours for 3 consecutive days.
DOC: 0.08 to 0.2 mg ceftiofur per chick via SC in the neck.
