Composition :
Each kilogram contains:
Trimethoprim sodium................................................. 80 g
Sulfadiazine sodium.................................................. 400 g
Indication :
Combination of Trimetrophrime and sulfadiazine very effective to treatment infection of gastrointestinal tract caused by bacterial such as H. paragallinarum, E.coli, Salmonella sp., and Pasteurella sp.
Dosage and Usage :
Poultry:
Dissolve 1 gram of CORISIN into 2-5 liters of drinking water, equivalent to 100 gram for 1.500 kg body weight, do the treatment for 3-5 days succesively.
Goats, Pigs and Sheep:
1 gram / 20 kg body weight for 3-5 days successively.
